10am-5pm BuilÍn Blasta Builín & Bogman Come in and enjoy a specially designed Food Festival menu featuring beer from Spiddal-based Bogman Brewery. The menu will include local seafood, traditional dishes and modern classics highlighting the culinary delights of Galway & Connemara. Price varies.
11.30am-1.30pm McCambridge's on Shop Street GALWAY FOOD TOURS A 2 hour culinary walking tour bringing you to meet artisan producers to sample their products with experienced guide, Sheena Dignam, giving you insights to our local favourites and treasured ingredients. €35.
11-11.40am The Skeff Late Bar & Kitchen Breakfast ideas The Skeff's kitchen team will take you through some tasty and quick ideas to liven up your daily breakfasts.
11am-12pm The Kings Head Bistro To Bee, or not to Bee Local Beekeeper & Raw Honey Producer Noel Leahy talks about the history of beekeeping in Ireland and the the importance of bees plus honey tasting. Free Event - donations to Madra welcome.
12-1pm Coffeewerk + Press Bean & Goose Chocolate Tasting Coffeewerk + Press are proud to host artisan chocolatiers Bean & Goose who source their chocolate from all over the globe but find inspiration in the Irish landscape and contemporary design.
12-5pm Cava Bodega Pop Up Pincho Bar Pinchos are a tapas synonymous with San Sebastián. Join us on Good Friday for a Pop up Pincho Bar. €2 each, 3 for €5.

3-3.30pm Tomodachi sushi bar Sushi making demonstration and tasting Head chef Liam will show you how to make your own sushi for 30 minutes, including mixing sushi rice, rolling hosomaki, nigiri...and taste it after that.Not to be missed and pre-book only! €5.

7.30pm-12am McCambridge's Sibín Fancy Dress Dinner Party In association with Micil Poitín, we bring you back to the 1800's to the days of the Sibín. Inspired by the food community of the Wild Atlantic Way, a 7 course menu will bring you on a journey along the West Coast. €70.
