Join Chef Jonathan Keane for Easter Rising Centenary 4 course Lunch at the Lodge at Ashford Castle. Lunch begins at 2.30pm followed by Trad on the Prom at 6pm.
Jonathan's menu will reflect seasonality, locality, circle of flavours and traditional Irish cooking methods, food cooked traditionally, but with innovation and abandon.
