Caprice Cafe

Galway eatery, Caprice Cafe, has wowed Galwegians and visitors with its delicious dishes and beautiful interior since July last year. Located at the corner of Church Lane and Market Street, ‘Caprice’, which means sudden change of mood, has certainly added to the vibrancy of the area.

It is a 16-year dream for owners Vicky and John Casey, after years running John’s local family business, KC Blake’s Brasserie, with his father Bernie Casey. The interior of Caprice Café embraces you, creating a calming dining environment in the middle of the city, including the upstairs’ un-rivaled views of both St. Nicholas’ Church and the Galway Cathedral.

But the highlight of your visit has to be the food, from breakfast through to dinner where all the food is fresh, cooked to order and sourced locally.
