Tartare is a new café and wine bar, located on lower Dominick Street in Galway’s Westend. By day, it serves the best sourdough sandwiches, soups, and organic salads with coffee and pastries, On Sundays we brunch!
The menu changes up again to offer you brunch, inspired by our local farmers. By night, it transforms into a hip wine bar focusing on organic, biodynamic and natural wine. The food offering at night-time also changes; with plates of oysters, beef tartare, pickled fish and Irish cured meat and artisan cheese boards.
Tartare brings together the best of café and wine bar culture under the one roof. Our café is Mon to Sat from 10am; the wine bar opens Thurs to Sun until late. Sunday Brunch is served from 11am – 4pm.
