11am-12pm The Dáil Bar A Taste of Connemara with McGeough’s Butchers Let McGeough’s share their artisan techniques in becoming an award winning butcher. 12-12.30pm Martine's Restaurant Talk on slow-fermentation bread for Coeliacs Martine McDonagh guides you through using traditional bread making methods making them suitable for coeliacs. With tastings of our delicious sourdough.
