11.30am-1.30pm McCambridge's on Shop Street GALWAY FOOD TOURS A 2 hour culinary walking tour bringing you to meet artisan producers to sample their products with experienced guide, Sheena Dignam, giving you insights to our local favourites and treasured ingredients. €35.
1-2pm & 2.30-3.30pm Hotel Meyrick Calling all Budding Scientists for a “Molecular Gastronomy” kid’s Workshop! Hotel Meyrick & CÚRAM, the Science Foundation Ireland Centre for Research in Medical Devices, at NUIG; for a Kid’s workshop on “Molecular Gastronomy”. Parents may enjoy Afternoon Tea for a well-deserved adult time out. €15.00 Adults & €9.00 Kids.

3-3.30pm Tomodachi sushi bar Sushi making demonstration and tasting Head chef Liam will show you how to make your own sushi for 30 minutes, including mixing sushi rice, rolling hosomaki, nigiri...and taste it after that.Not to be missed and pre-book only! €5.
6-7.00pm The G Hotel & Spa Spring into Summer Wine Tasting Explore the refreshing varietals of Sauvignon Blanc and fruity tones of Semillon from new and old world estates. This short masterclass will provide an entertaining tour of the world whilst you sip the delicately flavoured wines and discover the unique highlights of each region. Head Chef Jason O’Neill will also serve delicious savoury bites.
6-7.30pm Thomas Woodberrys 3rd Wine Blind A blind tasting of 6 wines.
7-9.30pm Dillisk on the Docks Dining on Dillisk - Seaweed Dining Experience Dillisk on the Docks is the brand new restaurant at the Harbour Hotel. Enjoy a Gourmet seaweed inspired menu prepared by head chef Patrick Anslow, as he showcases the growing movement that is Seaweed. €40.
7-10pm Brasserie on the Corner A Taste of Brasserie on the Corner A 5 course tasting menu, sampling dishes from the new menu created by Head Chef David O’ Donnell. Each course will be perfectly paired with a bespoke wine selection. Pre booking essential. €70pp.
